The struggles we have faced these past several months have been challenging, but God is 
at work! Now, more than ever, we appreciate how much we need one another, how much other people need Jesus, and how much we all need a caring community where we can can belong, grow and flourish.

In light of this, Hixson First Baptist Church has adopted a vision of Stronger Together as Church and Community. Ecclesiastes 4:12 says, "A cord of three strands is not quickly broken." God, the Church, and our Community can be a powerful force when working in harmony with one another. 

 

We believe a strong and vibrant church is essential to a strong and vibrant community. We want our community to know there is a place for everyone in the Church - every single person in our neighborhood, town, and city. As we gather to experience the grace and power of the Gospel, we find strength in Christ and strength in one another. We are Stronger Together as a Church!

 

We are already serving our community, but we want to do more and do better. As we move forward, we will be developing and implementing various ministries to better serve and connect with our community. The Church is called to actively live the love of Jesus in the midst of brokenness, hope in the midst of uncertainty, unity in the midst of division, and peace in the midst of chaos. This is the time for the Church to "Be the Church" as we demonstrate we are here for our community. We would love to have you come along side us and help us in this endeavor. We are Stronger Together as a Community.
