WHAT ARE WE DOING?

-
We are sanitizing highly touched surfaces before and after every service such as doors, handles, tables, water fountains, check-in stations, and sinks. This includes a heavy focus on kids' ministry areas.
-
Our staff and volunteer teams will wash their hands frequently and will stay home if they are sick.
WHAT TO EXPECT AT CHURCH SERVICES?

-
OFFERING: We will not pass collection plates. OPTIONS FOR GIVING ARE:
-
Our ushers will be at the doors at the conclusion of the service with offering plates in hand. You may place your offering in the plate at the conclusion of the service.
-
Use the “ONLINE GIVING” tab on our website.
-
Access our giving page on your mobile device by texting HIXSONFBCGIVE to 77977.
-
Bring your financial gift by the church office.

-
DOORS: Our Greeters Team will hold open the doors for you to minimize your need for touching door handles.

-
GREETING: For this season, we encourage waving and smiling rather than handshakes, fist bumps, and hugs. WE WILL SUSPEND THE WELCOME TIME DURING OUR WORSHIP SERVICE FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE.

-
PRESCHOOL AND CHILDREN: We will assist you with checking your child into Preschool and Children's areas by equipping each station with a volunteer, ensuring you will not need to touch any screens or keyboards. Thank you for your patience and flexibility ahead of time.

WHAT IS OUR SPIRITUAL RESPONSIBILITY?

-
We need to remember that followers of Jesus do not need to live in fear. He has power over all things, and we are eternally secure.
-
Our calling is to love our neighbor, whether they are sick or healthy.
-
Pray for God’s mercy and wisdom for US and global leaders as they deal with this issue.

Should there be any change to this plan or any new information that comes to light, we will keep you informed by email and on this page.
